The outdoors in the Spring bring several options for you to enjoy the great outdoors. Golf Courses usually open by the middle of April, lakes open up for fishing and flowers are blooming in the State Parks. You don't want to miss-out on Spring activities.

Summer
Summers in Lake Park, Minnesota are fantastic. With lakes just minutes outside of Lake Park, you have a plethora of opportunities to go swimming, fishing, water skiing, inner-tubing, swimming and so much more. Take time to go visit the State and National Parks within a short drive of Lake Park or spend a weekend enjoying the very popular "WE-fest" Country Jamboree located outside of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

Fall
Fall is a cherished season for the avid outdoorsman in the Lake Park area. The region boasts a wide variety of water fowl hunting, pheasant hunting and of course deer hunting. Hiking is at a premium because of the amazing colors of the leaves on the trees and you can't go a Friday night without getting wrapped-up in the Lake Park-Audubon School sports events.
