When you move to Lake Park, please stop in at the City Clerk's Office at 2032 2nd Street to sign up for utilities. Lake Park Public Utilites offers residents with Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, and Sewer services. Meter deposits are required prior to having utilities connected. Rates for residents are:
General Electricity: $50
Water: $20
Natural Gas or Electricity used for heating: $130
Total: $200
